Why attend this webinar?

The recent #TimesUp and #MeToo movements are the latest in a long line of campaigns highlighting how far we are from delivering a diverse, equal and safe workplace.

While Human Resource professionals have long championed the Diversity and Inclusion agenda, it has not (until now) made it to the attention of the C-suite and CEO. Equally, Global Mobility professionals have an important part to play as international experience is a key stepping stone on the promotion ladder to Leadership and C-suite.

Stand Up and Deliver on Diversity will be an engaging and interactive interview that will examine strategies to deliver a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Who should attend?

  • Global mobility
  • Learning and development
  • Human resources
  • Diversity and inclusion

Your Speakers

webinar host 1
Myrianthe Ewington

Head of Client Services | Expat Academy

Myrianthe has more than 15 years’ experience in the Global Mobility industry both in-house and as part of an outsourced team across a variety of industries, from Banking through to Oil & Gas. Starting her career at BOC, she has worked for PwC, Ernst and Young, and most recently Lloyd’s Register. She has experienced some of the challenges we will be discussing first hand and can talk about the barriers facing women and how organizations should best address these. In her current role at Expat Academy, she has seen some of the best approaches to managing diversity. She is well placed to suggest how you can take a strategic role in ensuring that your organization’s international population not only pays lip service to the current diversity trend, but that your policies and processes are clearly communicated to give all employees equal opportunities.

Working in such diverse international environments, he has had the opportunity to view many different approaches to diversity and inclusion issues and has worked with many organizations to address the challenges faced by diversity across cultures.
